What is Laser Reiki?

Reiki energy is regarded as life energy at its most effective-with the maximum vibration. This energy has an almost divine quality and can be used to great effect in many ways. Whether one is suffering from stress or tension, and the many symptoms associated with this, or wishing to improve the quality of relationships at home or work, the beneficial effects of Reiki occur on many levels.

How to Get Your Power Back

If you think you have no control over your life, think again! No matter how helpless you may feel, you can break the need to please everyone else and discover the inner strength essential to your happiness, health and well-being. When you focus on yourself and do the work to release fear your reactions become more connected to spirit and your actions become the correct things to do. You will start feeling authentic instead of a puppet to your emotions. We all have mind programs that jerk us around and cause even more proplems.

Reiki is a great tool for getting your power back!

How does Fear make you feel?

It makes you feel needy for everything, it motivates greediness and grasping, it takes control of your thinking and feelings in a negative manner, it insists on certainty, but that’s impossible because of the fear.

Love on the other hand always feels good, it fulfills you, it needs nothing (you are not needy), it relaxes control, it causes you to embrace all that happens even uncertainty, and inspires liberation and freedom.

What are you feeling? How is your life working for you? Do you feel needy or do you feel that you need nothing? We’re not all vibrating totally in fear or all love. We are in and out of different frequencies so we’re not always in one frequency or another. See if you can figure out where you spend the most time vibrating. It can be easy to focus to decide your intent when you know how beneficial it is.

You can Visualize yourself as a glowing giant sphere of light. Feel your light extending/connecting to the Earth as you sit in the chair beneath you. As you breathe in deeply, allow all the stress, tension to leave your body to be exhaled out your feet with that breath. You are doing an energy healing for your body.

As you allow your attention to shift to the giant golden yellow ball of energy below, feel the very heavens above you opening a door and shining a light down into your soul, your heart and your body.

Feel the cells in your body getting stronger in the force of life, see them getting happier also. Feel your body getting lighter and all of you — body, mind and spirit to be enlightened.

Two Good Reiki Points

Remember that once attuned to Reiki — you always are Reiki.  Could you be a rusty Reiki practitioner? There are two things that you might consider worthwhile if you are taking up Reiki training for the first time, or picking it up again after a bit of a break..

1. You need to use Reiki every chance you get

Reiki energy healing needs to be used. This Sounds so simple. But, getting a daily spiritual practice happening is one of the hardest things you will probably ever do.

So, here’s a tip from a Reiki Master.. send Reiki to everything that would be considered an block to your goal of “doing” Reiki everyday. Whether that is no time, or too much time, or laziness, or tiredness, or whatever..

Send Reiki to everything you love and appreciate!

2. The more you use Reiki the stronger it gets in your body.

It is a good practice to think Reiki, Breathe in the Reiki. Don’t go back to a walking sleep and forget that you are Reiki!

Help other wake up, too
